Geoffrey Roullard was born in 1952. Him and his wife Margaret have eight children ranging from ages 13-30 years old.
Geoffrey Roullard attended the University of Oregon for his undergraduate education. He received his Bachelors of Science in psychology and anthropology in 1974, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. In 1979, he graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law.
Geoffrey Roullard has lived in Carson City, Nevada since 1980. His favorite activities include fly-fishing and soccer. He was the past president of the Carson Fly-Fishing Club, the Baja Mar Home Owner's Association, and was a former chair of the Nevada State Bar Fee Dispute.
